Job summary

A Advanced Septic & Construction Services in Auburn, WA is seeking a CDL A dump truck and trailer driver to join our team. This full-time, in-person role offers $30-$40 per hour and occasional travel.

You will operate a 10-18 speed manual transmission dump truck, haul aggregates and demolition materials, and perform daily vehicle inspections and paperwork in accordance with DOT standards.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required.
• Experience operating a 10-18 speed manual transmission commercial vehicle.
• DOT Medical Certificate.
• Endorsements: Air Brakes.
• Clean MVR.
• Ability to load and unload aggregates and demolition materials.
• Proficiently operate heavy equipment ( excavators ).
• Physical labor (shoveling, raking, and other tasks as assigned).
• 5+ years of experience in construction dump truck.
• 5+ years of equipment hauling.
• Knowledge of pits in King/Pierce/Thurston/Kitsap counties.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 10-18 speed manual transmission commercial vehicle.
• Haul aggregates, soil, and demolition material to/from job sites.
• Determine best pit location options based on location and material.
• Load and unload equipment safely for transport to/from sites.
• Complete tasks daily with minimal supervision.
• Perform non-driving physical labor as needed.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and logs (DOT/Company).
• Use smartphones, tablets, & other technology in the field.
• Adapt to scheduling demands based on workload and weather.

Do you have a valid CDL A License with experience as a Dump Truck & Trailer operator?

Requirements

• CDL A
• Experience Operating a 10-18 speed manual transmission commercial vehicle
• DOT Medical Certificate
• Endorsements: Air Brakes
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to load and unload aggregates and demolition materials
• Proficiently Operate Heavy Equipment (Excavators)
• Physical labor (shoveling, raking, and other tasks as assigned)
• 5+ years of Experience in Construction Dump Truck
• 5+ years of Equipment Hauling
• In-depth knowledge of ALL pits in King, Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap counties
