Job summary

The position requires a BSN and RN licensure in Virginia, with preference for an MSN or related field and SEP-1 experience. Collaborative, data-driven leadership is essential for reducing mortality, LOS, and readmissions.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 2–5 years clinical experience in ED/ICU/med-surg.
• Knowledge of CMS SEP-1 core measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sepsis performance improvement program.
• Ensure CMS SEP-1 adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Educate and act as data steward for sepsis outcomes.
