Job summary

Boosta is hiring a TL SEO for Maranello to lead a global iGaming SEO portfolio. You will organize the SEO team, craft plans, monitor health, and drive improvement initiatives across a broad set of websites.

You will coordinate with Content, Dev, and Link Building teams, while developing the SEO team and assessing new talent. The role requires deep technical SEO expertise, automation experience, and proficiency with GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and data tools.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hundreds or thousands of domains simultaneously, with prioritization of SEO activities.
• Strong technical SEO expertise: indexing, crawling, canonicals, redirects, duplicates, sitemaps, robots.txt, internal linking.
• Experience automating SEO processes: data collection, checks, alerts, reporting, bulk operations.
• Ability to write technical requirements for developers, define acceptance criteria, verify solutions.
• Proficient with GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, rank trackers, and Google Sheets for large datasets.
• Practical knowledge of semantics, website structure, content optimization, and link building.
• Experience managing an SEO team: planning, task assignment, quality control, development.
• Ability to conduct SEO tests, evaluate results, and scale successful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Organize the SEO team’s daily work to goals and priorities.
• Create SEO plans, distribute tasks, monitor execution, review quality of solutions.
• Monitor a large website portfolio: indexing, rankings, traffic, technical health.
• Identify causes of drops and growth opportunities; prepare improvement plans.
• Introduce standards, templates, and checklists for large-scale launches and management.
• Identify automation opportunities; prepare technical requirements for Dev; test & roll out tools.
• Organize SEO tests, document results, scale validated approaches.
• Coordinate SEO with Content, Dev, Link Building, and Affiliate teams.
• Provide reports on SEO performance, issues, and next steps.
• Develop SEO specialists and assess candidates for the team.
