Job summary

Botify in New York, NY seeks a strategic, results-driven SEO Success Manager to help customers deploy and maximize Botify Platform. You will own post-sales onboarding and manage projects to deliver measurable outcomes, retention, and expansion.

The role requires deep Technical SEO knowledge for enterprise e-commerce, strong problem-solving, and the ability to translate technical findings into business value for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as in-house SEO or agency covering strategy to technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of crawling behavior and impact on traffic and revenue.
• Proficient with HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics and SEO tooling.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding and build success plans using Botify.
• Deliver customized training across organizations and roles.
• Configure crawl/render settings and create custom reports.
• Manage multiple customer projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issues.
• Provide strategic guidance on maximizing Botify value with best practices.
• Document configurations, customizations, and project details.
• Share knowledge on the latest SEO and search-rights trends.
