What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-depth SEO audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth of our clients' companies.
• Optimize websites for on-page SEO: content structure, metadata, internal linking, mobile-friendliness, and more
• Build keyword strategies aligned with business goals and audience search behavior
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices
• Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies alongside paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive qualified traffic
• Provide actionable insights and regular SEO performance updates to clients

About You:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of improving rankings and traffic
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page strategies
• Comfortable explaining SEO strategies to non-technical stakeholders
• Able to work independently and manage multiple client priorities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Startup mindset: flexible, proactive, and excited to experiment and optimize
