Agency FIFTY3 is seeking an SEO Specialist to implement, optimize, and manage our strategic SEO campaigns in our Digital Department while collaborating with our team to deliver measurable results.

You will apply analytical insights to improve organic search performance, manage local and technical SEO tasks, and contribute to client success across a remote U.S. network. A growth-oriented, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing agency or multifamily marketing experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on organic search experience.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO concepts.
• Desire to use AI and automations to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy & Expertise: develop hyper-local keyword strategies, optimize Google Business Profile, manage backlinks, and create SEO frameworks.
• Campaign Optimization & Analytics: monitor performance, adjust keyword strategy based on metrics, and provide proactive recommendations.
• Client Success & Communication: write executive summaries and communicate metrics and strategies on client calls.

Compensation: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $51,800 – $63,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. Our SEO Specialists implement, optimize, and manage our strategic SEO campaigns in our Digital Department alongside our team to produce strategic and effective results.

A Look At What You’ll Contribute

• SEO Strategy & Expertise
  • Position your portfolio of clients for success by completing competitive analysis, developing hyper-local keyword strategies, Google Business Profile optimizations, managing monthly backlinks, creating SEO-optimized blog post frameworks, and managing directory listings.
  • Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends and tools to maximize SEO strategy performance.
  • Contribute new methodologies to optimize our internal processes, while meeting performance expectations.
• Campaign Optimization & Analytics
  • Monitor active accounts for continuing performance, make agile keyword strategy adjustments based on key metrics, provide proactive recommendations, and capitalize on other areas for improvement.
• Client Success & Communication
  • Write effective executive summaries to provide our clients with insight and data.
  • Communicate local SEO concepts, metrics, and strategies on client-facing calls.

We’re Ready To Connect If You Have

• 2+ years of digital marketing agency or multifamily marketing experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on organic search experience.
• A strong grasp on industry best practices, including an understanding of modern search engine algorithms (SEO/GEO/AIO) and ranking methods.
• A strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO concepts and how these contribute to other local SEO ranking factors.
• A desire to use AI and automations to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

We’ll Train You On

• Understanding search engines and how to effectively market on SERPs.
• Developing strategies and achieving ROI across multiple channels.
• Creating tailored and insightful reporting and messaging.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager Certifications
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Yext.
• Database management software experience and advanced Google Sheets knowledge to create and troubleshoot custom formulas.
• Experience creating custom Tags in GTM for tracking website conversions, and troubleshooting conversions tracking problems is a bonus.
