Job summary

Dunham’s Sports seeks an SEO & SEM Specialist to drive organic and paid search efforts from our headquarters in Troy, MI. This full-time role focuses on improving site visits through keyword optimization, metadata, backlink strategy, and SEM coordination.

You will work with the marketing team to optimize the Dunham’s website, monitor performance, and stay ahead of search engine changes. A bachelor’s in Marketing and 3+ years of SEO/SEM are required. Not remote or hybrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant area.
• Minimum of three years of SEO & SEM experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic HTML and website coding skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and traffic.
• Plan and manage SEM campaigns, including keyword strategy and budget oversight.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize pages (homepage, category, product, vendor, content, local store pages).
• Analyze performance and provide optimization roadmap; monitor trends and algorithm changes.
