Job summary

InnOvator Web Solutions is seeking a motivated SEO/Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on experience. You will drive on-page and off-page SEO, plan digital campaigns, manage PPC ads, and optimize content across social platforms and email channels.

You will collaborate with designers and content creators, implement AEO/GEO strategies, and analyze performance using Google Analytics to improve online visibility and ROI. This role is based in Idaho and requires office presence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in On-Page and Off-Page SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization.
• Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns (Google Ads/Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads) and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and website optimization.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Develop and implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Manage PPC campaigns and optimize ad performance for ROI.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and optimize content for social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Run paid campaigns including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance with Google Analytics.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials.
• Generate reports and analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
