We are seeking a SEO & Marketing Specialist who brings technical SEO expertise and design aptitude to work closely with our in-house Web Developer and Marketing Director. This role will initially focus heavily on SEO strategy and implementation while also supporting marketing material creation, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, as needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can balance technical SEO execution with creative marketing support within a collaborative, mission-focused environment.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies following industry best practices.
Monitor, analyze, and report on web traffic and SEO performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate with the in-house Web Developer to enhance website structure and on-page SEO.
Maintain and update websites on platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, WIX, and Framer.
Support the Marketing Director in creating marketing collateral such as brochures, PowerPoint presentations, and graphics as needed.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Strong skills in keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO.
Experience with web design and website management.
Familiarity with website building tools (Squarespace, WIX, Framer) and WordPress.
Ability to analyze and report on web traffic data.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience designing marketing materials (brochures, graphics, PowerPoints).
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Understanding of brand consistency and marketing communications.
