Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or executive assistance roles.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms, and digital advertising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SEO and Digital Marketing executives with daily tasks and project coordination.
• Support keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO activities, and competitor analysis.
• Help manage and update website content, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and PPC.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Organize meetings, prepare presentations, and maintain documentation related to marketing projects.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and tools.
