Staples is seeking an SEO Specialist to drive organic visibility across its websites. You will blend on-page and technical SEO with data-driven insights to uncover opportunities, enhance customer experience, and support long-term growth.

Competenze

• 3+ years of specialized SEO experience managing organic search performance for eCommerce or service-based websites.

Mansioni

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance, trends, and metrics using industry-standard tools, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities involving keyword optimization, page structure, internal linking, content development, and metadata.
• Partner with product management, content, UX, and digital site experience teams to implement SEO best practices in new templates and existing pages.
• Evaluate site adherence to technical SEO standards, including crawlability, indexability, structured data, and search engine accessibility.
• Collaborate with content teams to expand keyword relevance and maximize organic search impact of PR, social, product, and promotional content.
• Work with engineering to validate technical SEO requirements and measure performance post-deployment.
• Prepare and present SEO performance reports, updates, recommendations, and business cases to stakeholders.
• Serve as an SEO SME for internal teams and external partners/vendors.
• Stay current on search trends and algorithm updates to adapt strategy.
• Lead portions of SEO projects and coordinate cross-team delivery.
