Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in agency or enterprise.
Strong foundation in technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, SERPs, schema, and user intent.
Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or BrightEdge.
Interest or experience in GEO, AI search, LLM visibility, or AI-driven content discovery.
Understanding of brand sentiment, citations, mentions, visibility across search and AI platforms.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress or AEM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for turning data into action.
Curious, collaborative, and excited to experiment with emerging technology.

Responsibilities

Lead SEO and GEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, AI discoverability, and content performance.
Audit content and technical elements for optimization opportunities across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms.
Track traditional organic search metrics along with AI visibility, brand mentions, citations, sentiment, and share of voice.
Leverage search and AI performance data to identify optimization priorities and guide resource allocation decisions.
Identify and elevate governance, compliance, technical, or process issues impacting search visibility to agency and client stakeholders.
Diagnose performance gaps in search visibility and AI discoverability, then recommend and prioritize remediation strategies.
Analyze performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, and Adobe Analytics.
Collaborate with content, analytics, paid media, tech, and client teams to execute SEO/GEO recommendations.
Monitor emerging trends in search algorithms, AI capabilities, and related consumer behavior to inform strategy.
Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables while mentoring and supporting junior team members.
