OMG23, the Omnicom Media Group agency working with Disney properties, is seeking an SEO Supervisor to lead GEO and SEO initiatives for Disney Rewards. This role focuses on driving organic visibility, AI discoverability, and content performance through best practices.

You will collaborate with multiple OMG23 teams and external partners to translate search behavior into measurable actions. The position is hybrid, based in Burbank, CA, with a California salary range of $75,000–$100,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience in an agency or enterprise setting.
• Strong foundation in technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research and SERP analysis.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge.

Responsabilités

• Lead SEO and GEO strategies to improve organic visibility and AI discoverability.
• Audit content and technical elements for optimization opportunities.
• Track organic search metrics and AI visibility, brand mentions and share of voice.
• Collaborate with content, analytics, paid media, tech, and client teams to implement recommendations.
• Monitor trends in search algorithms and AI to inform strategy.
• Manage projects, timelines and deliverables while mentoring junior team members.
