About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic SEO Director to lead and expand our SEO offerings. This role requires a big-picture thinker who can operate at a fast pace, translating company strategy into tangible steps and projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep digital marketing expertise, adaptability and the ability to pivot quickly to keep up with the ever changing automotive landscape. This role will work directly with the Leadership team of Reunion Marketing and report to the Chief Client Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Design and execute experiments to validate new strategies.
• Create Narratives: Utilize data to create compelling narratives that effectively showcase Reunion’s value, engaging clients and resonating with diverse audiences.
• Platform Proficiency: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of digital marketing platforms, ensuring the team stays at the forefront of industry advancements.
• Technology Integration: Clearly articulate how our services leverage technology to achieve scalability and efficiency gains. Ensure seamless integration of technology in service delivery.
• AI Utilization: Lead the incorporation of AI in team operations and across services to enhance scalability and efficiency. Drive innovation through AI-driven solutions.
• Experimentation & Execution: Lead the design and execution of service-level experiments, integrating AI to enhance outcomes.
• SEO Engagement: Stay actively involved in the digital community by keeping up with the latest news and evolving trends in SEO and paid advertising, continuously learning and participating in industry conferences.
• Recruitment & Team Development: Recruit top talent and foster a high-performance culture. Hold team members accountable and drive results.
• Client & Partnership Management: Manage strategic partnerships and client relationships, ensuring trust and delivering quick, reliable outputs.
