Job summary

Dyverse is seeking a content writer to own a high-volume monthly blog program for SEO clients in multifamily and housing. You will craft a coherent year-long narrative, ensure each property has a unique angle, and apply SEO best practices across all content.

You will edit AI drafts into publishable material, maintain schedule in Asana, and communicate via Slack. This is a fully remote role with growth in volume and responsibility, requiring strong editing and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English grammar, rhythm, and word choice.
• Experience writing SEO-friendly content that ranks and reads well.
• Ability to edit rough AI drafts into publishable work with accuracy.
• Ability to maintain unique angles across many posts on similar topics.
• Strong self-direction in a fully remote setting.
• Ability to internalize feedback and improve over time.
• Strategic thinking about content for client properties.

Responsibilities

• Write and deliver 60+ monthly blog posts (800+ words each) for SEO clients.
• Write Google Business Profile posts and other short-form content as needed.
• Take on additional writing projects as client needs shift.
• Build month-to-month narrative continuity so a year of blogs reads as one story.
• Differentiate content across a client portfolio with unique angles.
• Apply SEO best practices to every piece: keyword intent, structure, headers, meta descriptions.
• Use AI tools to generate first drafts, then edit to sound human and client-specific.
• Manage assignments and deadlines in Asana and communicate in Slack.
• Absorb editorial feedback and carry it forward for continuous improvement.
