To continue pacing the growth of our organization, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager specializing in SEO and Content to join our team and help shape the online presence of our practices.

Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager focusing on SEO and Content, you will be responsible for enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic through the creation and optimization of high-quality, engaging content. You will work closely with the marketing team and various vendors to implement SEO strategies, track performance, and ensure all content aligns with the voice of our practice sites and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Optimize on-page SEO, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to implement changes.
  • Build and execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building.
  • Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
  • Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, landing pages, and other digital content.
Email Campaigns
  • Develop and execute email outreach to communicate time sensitive and patient facing messaging.
Performance Analysis
  • Monitor organic traffic and keyword rankings to evaluate the success of SEO strategies.
  • Use data to refine and optimize content and SEO tactics.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and adjust strategies based on market trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
Stay Updated
  • Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experiment with new content formats and SEO techniques to ensure continuous growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specializing in SEO and content creation.
  • Solid understanding of content marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic website optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and algorithm updates.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
