Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO and AI Search Manager to own search strategy for a roster of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will direct technical roadmaps, content priorities, and the ranking story during client inquiries.

You are the strategic voice at the table and make calls that move results. You will manage technical SEO (crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture), develop keyword and on-page priorities with writers and AI, and optimize for AI search alongside

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.

• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.

• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.

What You Will Own
