Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, define content priorities, and narrate the ranking story for clients on calls and in reviews.

You will lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content prioritization with writers and AI, focusing on AI search, classic organic results, and multi-location SEO. This is a fully remote role serving US/Canada/SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

What You Will Own

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
