Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an SEO Manager to own the technical SEO roadmap and content priorities for B2B clients. You will guide the strategy, coordinate with writers and AI, and drive rankings across AI and traditional results while managing multi-location SEO where required.

You will report on GA4 and Search Console, and communicate quarterly roadmaps to clients, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes.
• Fluent English for live US client calls.
• Experience delivering for multiple clients in an agency.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO roadmap and site architecture.
• Define keyword strategy and content priorities with writers/AI.
• Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews and classic results.
• Lead local and multi-location SEO when needed.
• Produce quarterly client roadmaps and GA4/Search Console reporting.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager you own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
