Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to lead content programs that connect the Zoom brand with the audiences that matter most, with SEO and AEO at the core. You will own the end-to-end blog publishing process and build repeatable repurposing frameworks for multi-channel distribution.

Collaborating with product marketing, content, and demand generation teams, you will ensure messaging is clear and aligned with campaign timelines.

Qualifications

2+ years in content marketing or related role.
SEO and content strategy experience.
AEO awareness and understanding of AI-generated content.
Experience with AI-driven content tools and workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
Collaborative and proactive in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO and AEO content strategies, applying on-page best practices.
Own the end-to-end blog publishing process from drafting to CMS upload.
Transform long-form content into short-form formats for multi-channel distribution.
Build repeatable content repurposing frameworks across channels.
Integrate AI tools into daily content workflows and evaluate new automations.
Partner with product marketing, content, and demand generation teams to stay on track.
Brief and manage creative projects with external agencies and stakeholders.
