Job summary

Arrow Exterminators in Brentwood, TN is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Sentricon to install, inspect, monitor and maintain Sentricon termite bait stations for residential and commercial customers.

You will service routes daily, document findings, collect payments where applicable, and present personalized solutions while building lasting client relationships. The role emphasizes professionalism, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Service and inspect customer Sentricon termite bait stations, locate stations with locator device, inspect and record bait station condition and active or previous termite activity, repair or replace damaged or missing components, and document service findings and provide report to the customer.
• Collect service payments from customers and are always patient and more than happy to answer questions; keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.
