Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician - Sentricon to provide excellent service to customers through proper installation and maintenance of Sentricon termite bait station systems. No experience is necessary, as training will be provided.

This position offers generous time off, 401(k) with company match, and various insurance options. Technicians will be recognized as heroes by saving customers from harmful pests and creating long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to pass any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, monitor, and maintain Sentricon termite bait station systems.
• Create lifelong client relationships and service customer stations.
• Document service findings and provide reports to customers.
• Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.
• Collect service payments and answer customer questions.
