Ideal candidates will bring extensive DoD-related change management experience, MBSE expertise, and strong leadership skills to mentor teams while navigating complex configuration management processes.

Qualifications

  • 12 Years with Bachelors in Science; 10 Years with Masters; 8 Years with PhD.
  • Experience with DoD/Clearance requirements and government security processes.
  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and verify complex engineering changes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee development, request, and implementation of changes to the Program and technical baseline with a cradle-to-grave approach.
  • Develop change request packages and represent them through the change board process.
  • Ensure change requests meet quality standards and are board-ready.
  • Coordinate comment follow-up, resolution, and approvals.
  • Coordinate input into impact assessments and closeout actions.
  • Interface with Configuration Management when submitting change requests and finalize after approval.
  • Ensure changes are implemented before closure and tracked to timely completion.
  • Maintain continuous follow-through to close overdue actions.

Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities, and associated infrastructure.What You'll Get To Do:Oversee the development, request, and implementation of changes to the Program and technical baseline with a focus on ensuring changes are well understood, documented, and executed through the Program approved Change Boards.
