This position is located in Roy, Utah and supports the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. This position is contingent upon contract awards.
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project management, subcontracts/contracts management, planning, project team, and line management. Primary focus will be support of Sentinel products coming from approved suppliers at Roy, UT. Review status of projects and Earned Value performance; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Assesses project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Support sub-contracting effort either via IWO or supplier. Help support risk and opportunity management for the team. Help organize and plan out summit meetings and develop agendas with the assistance of engineering team. Integrate yourself with other project managers on other IPTs. Work closely with Engineering team and Global Supply Chain (GSC) to translate engineering needs to PO generation. Support leadership with supplier deliverable timelines and PO execution. Independently demonstrates the skill and ability to perform fairly complex professional tasks. This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
