Job summary

Qualifications

BS in STEM; 2 years of experience; 0 years with master's.
US Citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance.
Experience in DOORS or similar tool.
Experience in ICBM or complex aerospace/defense systems.
Experience in team environments with leadership responsibilities.
Experience creating and maintaining system performance documentation.

Responsibilities

Model-Based Systems Engineering and development of requirements and models.
Coordinate with System Engineering teams and conduct trade studies.
Define high-level functional and performance requirements and allocate to architectural elements.
Create technical charts and demonstrations for milestone meetings; track readiness.
Identify contractual deliverables and drive documentation updates for closure.
Collaborate with diverse engineering design teams to manage the technical baseline.
