Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Software Analyst to manage and optimize our Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Crowd. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and at least 2 years of relevant experience, along with an active DoD Secret clearance and eligibility for Special Program Access (SAP). Key responsibilities include system configuration, user and security management, and automation of workflows using JQL. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with CI/CD integration, experience managing large-scale projects, and knowledge of Groovy scripting or Adaptavist ScriptRunner are preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, while also contributing to project documentation and operational success.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $118,900.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
