Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a science degree (Biology, Chemistry, Agriculture, etc.; Dairy or Food Science a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally travel or work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist sensory scientists in preparing samples for sensory tests.
• Weekly travel to stores to collect commercially available dairy products for panels.
• Organize sensory evaluation sessions with ballots, materials, and samples.
• Assist recruiting and training new sensory panelists.
• Support the Lactalis Passion for Taste program development and maintenance.
• Assist data entry, analysis, and reporting of sensory results.
