Job summary

Eurofins US Food, Feed, & Supplement Testing seeks a seasoned Sensory Research Manager to lead all sensory research activities, design studies, and ensure client satisfaction. The role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and strong communication with clients and internal teams.

You will coordinate panel leaders and technicians, mentor panelists, drive business development, and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant field with at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Strong sensory science expertise and descriptive panel experience.
• Knowledge of market or sensory research methodologies and statistics.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as Key Account Manager for select clients and manage client relations.
• Lead, design, and coordinate sensory studies aligned with client objectives.
• Mentor Panel Leaders and Technicians to ensure high quality execution.
• Drive business development and present tailored solutions to clients.
• Ensure projects meet objectives, on time and within budget, with clear storytelling.
