Job summary

Eurofins USA Food Testing in Clark, New Jersey, is seeking a Panel Manager to lead sensory lab operations and client projects. You will oversee daily panel activities, ensure data quality, and coordinate with the R&D team.

Qualifications

• BS in Food Science, Biology, Cosmetic Science, Psychology, Marketing or related field with at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Strong sensory science expertise and descriptive panel leadership.
• Experience with sensory testing methodologies and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage sensory lab operations and panel coordination.
• Oversee sample handling, storage, and disposal per protocols.
• Define reference materials for attributes and plan sessions.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and calibrate panelists.
• Lead panel studies and ensure data quality for reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to setup studies and analyses.
• Communicate updates and KPI results to clients.
