Qualifications

• Experience in product development and laboratory research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments to support product design and optimization.
• Evaluate ingredients, sweeteners, acids, flavor systems, and taste-modifying technologies.
• Support taste modulation initiatives, including bitterness masking and sweetness optimization.
• Collaborate with formulation, product development, and consumer science teams to translate findings into product improvements.
• Analyze experimental results and provide recommendations for product innovation.
• Build expertise in sensory and product experience principles through mentorship and collaboration.
