Phase2 Technology is looking for a Sensor Requirements Analyst to support the Marine Corps in operational requirements development. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with ISR Sensors and military intelligence operations, providing expertise in identifying necessary capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ISR Sensors for ground or maritime stations or platforms.
• Experience with ISR collection, strategy, sensors, and analysis.
• Ability to interface effectively with senior members of external organizations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.
• Plan, research, and analyze the needs of the client's operating force.
• Provide expertise in operational requirements development for the client.
