Job summary

Torch Technologies, a leading defense contractor, seeks a Global Sensor Management analyst to join the MD/SDA/MW mission areas to support USSPACECOM. The role involves integrating across sensors, C2, and space domain awareness to analyze national strategic and operational impacts from loss or disruption of critical systems.

The candidate will apply knowledge of GCCS, PDS-M, C2BMC, and ground-based radar and satellite operations, and coordinate with multiple organizations to develop actionable

Qualifications

• Experience in MD/SDA/MW mission areas and familiarity with GCCS, PDS-M, C2BMC, radar operations and satellite operations.
• Ability to provide technical guidance, advisory support, and manage major project phases.
• Ability to respond to RFIs involving multi-mission sensors and C2 anomalies.
• Knowledge of warfighting doctrine, joint command structures, and global C2 constructs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains expert knowledge on the Missile Defense, Space Domain Awareness and Missile Warning mission areas and provides guidance on projects.
• Serves as an authority on MD/SDA/MW issues with understanding of long-range mission plans.
• Oversees MD/SDA/MW systems from sensors to coordination centers and users.
• Responds to USSPACECOM RFIs and contributes to concepts and tactics for long-range MD/SDA/MW programs.
• Contributes to system changes aligned with policy using quantitative and qualitative analyses.
