Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Sensor Assembler for a position in City of Industry, California. You will assemble sensors by combining parts and subassemblies, and perform sensor testing.

Work hours are Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm. This is a temporary role with potential temp-to-hire; require US citizenship or permanent residency, background/drug screen, and strong attention to detail; soldering experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
• Excellent hand–eye coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Soldering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produces sensors by assembling parts and subassemblies.
• Performs sensor testing.
• Prepares work by studying assembly instructions, drawings, and parts lists.
• Gathers parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance.
• Follows manufacturer's instructions.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions and calls for repairs.
