Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an Assembler in Lake Elsinore, CA. The role focuses on manufacturing high-quality products per engineering drawings, with precise assembly tasks and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The candidate will read/work from routers and travelers, operate various tools, and participate in training including soldering where applicable. A minimum of 1 year in manufacturing is preferred, with strong attention to detail and teamwork expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of related manufacturing or assembly experience required.
• Experience with fine-point soldering preferred.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex production assembly tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate production equipment, including small hand tools and power tools.
• Assemble products based on verbal and written instructions, including routers, travelers, and engineering documentation.
• Ensure work meets established quality standards and specifications.
• Participate in training and certification programs, including soldering where applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
