Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Sensitive Activities Advisor to embed with Combatant and theater commands, offering SME guidance across planning, execution, and information operations to counter threats and networks employing WMD.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a Poly.
• More than three years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented or sensitive activities.
• Be deployable to the required theater of operations, CONUS travel and six-month deployments to OCONUS.
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
• Provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
• Willing to work rotating shifts if needed.
• Associates degree plus five years of experience or seven years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Combatant/Theater Commands and SOF, advising on using specially compartmented material and information capabilities.
• Leverage IRCs to identify and counter current and emerging threats and networks employing WMD.
• Demonstrate capability in mission analysis, MOEs/MOPs, and integration with IC and interagency partners.
• Develop innovative concepts to influence information environment while considering cultural/risk factors.
• Provide SME guidance on planning, execution, and performance tracking across missions.

The Opportunity

As a CACI Sensitive Activities Advisor, you bring the full spectrum of Sensitive Activities from planning to execution, Special Programs, STO, ACCM, Information Operations, as well as friendly and adversary military and technology capabilities in direct support to the Department of War and its efforts to identify, neutralize, and/or eliminate current and emerging threats and enemy threat networks that possess and can employ Weapons of Mass Destruction.

Responsibilities

You will embed with, advise, and provide the subject matter expertise (SME) to Combatant / Theater Commands, and special operations commands, at all echelons on effectively leveraging specially compartmented material, non-material capabilities, and information related capabilities (IRC) to eliminate or neutralize current and emerging threats and the networks that employ those threats. The advisor should have a knowledge base (or awareness of): irregular warfare, implementation of SAP/STO capabilities, Information Operations (IO), Psychological Operations, Military Deception (MILDEC), Electronic Warfare (EW), as well as Cyberspace Operations. The advisor will be expected to be adept at comprehensive mission analysis, assessment skills, and in-depth analytic problem solving. The advisor should be innovative when employing and integrating full spectrum IRCs and information systems into PE/UW/SA; capable of integrating with the intelligence community (IC) and interagency; able to create innovative concepts in order to counter adversaries malign use of influence activities within the Information Environment (IE), while at the same time being considerate of relevant cultural aspects that could affect planning, security, required risk assessments, and the mission (including the ability to effectively integrate partner-force activities into mission analysis and execution; by, with, and through). The advisor is required to be effective in the application of technical skill sets as it applies to planning, execution, and tracking measures of performance (MOPs) through attaining measure of effectiveness (MOEs) and subsequently providing advice on the application of capabilities to address the threats.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willingness to submit to a Poly.
• More than three years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented or sensitive activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).
• Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
• You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
• You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
• Willing to work rotating shifts if needed
• Associates degree and five years of experience or seven years of relevant work experience.

Desired

• More than three years of experience with SOF, SMU, Special or Technical Units of Federal, State or Local Law Enforcement.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, COA development and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.
• Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

• The approved salary range for this position : $120K - $160K depending education, experience and location.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.
