Job summary

Crane Company is seeking a Product Design, Development and Sustainment professional in Los Angeles to manage projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams for sample delivery, communicate customer specifications to engineering, and support test and validation activities at multiple locations.

The role involves developing prototypes, validating designs, and handling BOM changes, costing, and PCR processes.

Qualifications

• BSME/BSEE required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of technical project management in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design, development and sustainment from concept to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for sample delivery and success.
• Prepare and present status reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to stakeholders.
• Interface with customers to capture specifications and support test/validation.
• Manage BOM changes, costing, and PCR processes; prototype validation with engineering.
