Job summary

Haemonetics Software Solutions seeks a dynamic Software Account Executive leader to drive revenue across key accounts in the US. The role focuses on strategic planning, opportunity development and cross-functional collaboration to expand Software Business solutions in assigned regions.

The ideal candidate will have proven C-suite sales success, strong forecast discipline and a track record of exceeding quotas within medical device and software environments. Occasional travel is expected.

  • 3+ C-Suite sales required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, development and direction to Software Account Executives so that they can maximize performance, exceed quota and ensure adherence to the sales process and forecasting.
  • Responsible for key account management at assigned key accounts.
  • Develop and drive strategic sales plans and sales initiatives for Software Business solutions for direct report and individual territories.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Director and Account Managers to drive Software Business solutions in assigned regional areas.
  • Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline management for all sales opportunities.

Pay Transparency: The pay range for this role is: $114,900.00-$213,300.00/Annual The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role. In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks’ vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits. Essential Duties

Duties are listed in order of greatest importance. The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.

  • Provide leadership, development and direction to Software Account Executives so that they can maximize performance, exceed quota and ensure adherence to the sales process and forecasting.
  • Responsible for key account management at assigned key accounts.
  • Responsible to develop and drive strategic sales plans and sales initiatives for Software Business solutions for direct report and individual territories.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Director and Account Managers in order to drive Software Business solutions in assigned regional areas.
  • Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline management for all sales opportunities.
  • Manage personnel development for all direct reports.
  • Provide cross functional leadership, development and training to Clinical Application Specialists in order to optimize their deployment in the field and drive validation, utilization, and expansion opportunities for Software Business solutions with a focus on BloodTrack and SafeTrace Tx.
  • Manage personal development and expenses.
  • Focus on the successful expansion and implementation of all Software Business solutions to support the development of strategic marketing initiatives to include; white papers, case studies and key opinion leaders.
Qualifications

Education: Preferred Bachelors of Arts or Science Masters of Arts or Science or Business Administration Experience Details 10+ Demonstrated success in sales required 5+ Medical device and software sales required 3+ C-Suite sales required Training/Certifications indicate if preferred or required.

Physical Demands

Demand Frequency Sitting; remaining in a seated position. Occasional Standing; walking; reaching with hands and arms; and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Never Lifting/moving up to 10 pounds. Occasional Fine manipulation; picking, pinching, or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than the whole hand or arm as in gross manipulation. Never Keyboarding; entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a keyboard. Frequent Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration and/or moderate noise levels. Never Exposure to hazardous chemicals or other materials. Occasional Exposure to blood.
