Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver product training to internal and external clients across multiple sites in the United States. The role includes developing and maintaining training materials, coordinating cross-functionally with external clients, and conducting field and corporate facility sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and preferably 3 years of clinical environment exposure in plasma or blood collection.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver product training to internal and external clients.
  • May participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of training materials.
  • Coordinate activities cross-functionally and with external clients.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions, both in the field and at corporate facilities.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and maintain compliance with protocols and regulations.
  • Teach customers and distributors how to safely and efficiently operate Haemonetics equipment and related disposables.
  • Provide technical expertise support for customer personnel, as well as Haemonetics' employees.
  • Provide feedback to business unit management concerning customer comments and equipment performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the applications of new and existing equipment and competitive products.
  • Evaluate training and development effectiveness by assessing application of learning to job performance and recommending future training and development programs.
  • Responsible to certify trainings completed in a satisfactory manner and ensure summary of training certificates completed as well as conduct follow up as needed.
  • Ensure effective maintenance of training records as required.

Pay Transparency

Pay range for this role is: $59,200.00-$100,800.00/Annual. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role. Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • preferred 3 years in a clinical environment preferably in plasma or blood collection
  • Required Previous experience training others highly desired
  • Ability to travel 75% via air and vehicle
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
