Spintech is seeking a Senior CMT to manufacture complex composite products, including tooling mandrels, bladders, and prototype parts, and to deploy such products at customer sites as needed.
The role requires assembling, oven setup, resin transfer, and monitoring process parameters to ensure quality and timely delivery, while collaborating with engineers, managers, and logistics to meet schedules. Travel to customer sites may be necessary.

The Sr. CMT will be responsible for manufacturing Spintech’s smart tooling mandrels and bladders, customers’ prototype composite parts, and Gemini Materials composite patch products and deploying such products at customer sites, as necessary.
