Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Senior to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network infrastructure.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure secure deployment, perform risk assessments, and respond to security incidents while aligning Zero Trust with business goals. This role emphasizes both technical excellence and strategic guidance within EY's cyber security program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network security or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler solutions and their features.
• Experience with security tools and technologies for network defense.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance and related standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Certifications such as ZCCP or CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Keep current with Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies.
