True Zero Technologies LLC is seeking a Principal Zero Trust Architect to serve as the senior technical authority for enterprise Zero Trust architecture and engineering support. The role translates VA Zero Trust strategy into reusable conceptual, logical, and implementation architectures across diverse systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Ten+ years in security architecture or enterprise engineering with Zero Trust responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of federal Zero Trust and NIST guidance.
• Ability to design reusable enterprise architectures across identity, devices, networks, apps, data, visibility, and automation.
• Excellent written and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and technical quality review of enterprise ZTA Use Cases and reusable patterns.
• Define information flows, policy decision/enforcement points, identity relationships, workload interactions, security controls, and integration requirements.
• Evaluate interoperability and alignment of security technologies using vendor-neutral analysis.
• Provide technical advisory support to Architecture Review Boards and engineering teams.
• Guide system teams in applying enterprise patterns across on-premises, cloud, hybrid, and legacy environments.
• Incorporate lessons learned into reusable enterprise patterns and guidance.
