Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a Senior z/OS Systems Programmer to plan, install, maintain, and provide technical guidance for z/OS and Broadcom mainframe software. The role supports government clients in a remote/office staff augmentation capacity with off-hours coverage for maintenance releases.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of z/OS experience, familiarity with SMP/e and z/OSMF, and active Secret clearance. CompTIA A+/Security+ is a plus. Compensation includes base salary and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience installing and maintaining z/OS systems and Broadcom mainframe software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, maintain, and provide technical guidance for z/OS product installations and maintenance.
• Coordinate remote/office client-facing services in a staff augmentation model for government partners.
• Support disaster recovery testing and ensure compliance with mainframe operating system releases.
