Title: Senior YouTube Script Writer - Ecommerce, Digital Marketing & Amazon FBA

About us: We run a talking-head YouTube channel sharing advanced, no-fluff insights on ecommerce, digital marketing, and Amazon FBA.

The role involves crafting word-for-word scripts the host will read on camera. No shot lists or visual directions - pure, spoken-for-audio writing that’s research-backed, punchy, and retention-focused.

What you’ll do

• Turn briefs or rough ideas into compelling 8-15 minute scripts (≈1,600–3,000 words) that sound natural when spoken.
• Perform credible research; fact-check, cite sources, and integrate data/real examples.
• Open strong (hooks), structure for retention (loops, signposts, mini-teases), and land clear takeaways/CTAs.
• Mirror the host’s voice; deliver clean, concise copy on deadline.
• Propose titles/alt titles and punchy descriptions when helpful.

Must-haves

• Proven experience writing for top YouTube channels or equivalent long-form spoken content (podcasts, newsletters turned scripts).
• Deep working knowledge of ecommerce and digital marketing; comfortable with Amazon FBA specifics.
• Elite writing craft for the ear: clarity, pace, conversational tone, and rhythm.
• Research rigor (primary sources, credible links), zero fluff, zero hallucinations.
• Reliable process, rapid iteration, and receptiveness to edits.
• AI is only allowed in the research phase. The script must be 100% human-written.
• Comfortable ghostwriting under NDA.

Nice to have
