Job description

As our Senior YouTube Media Buyer, you'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to drive performance and scale campaigns with confidence.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the ins and outs of the Google Ads ecosystem, and has a deep knowledge of direct response YouTube advertising.

Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST

Note: Prior experience with YouTube Ads is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategically build, launch, and manage YouTube ad campaigns inside Google Ads.
2. Conduct audience research, competitor research, and keyword research.
3. Create targeting structures and testing frameworks aligned with client goals.
4. Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and CPL targets.
5. Collaborate with our creative team on video ad scripts, hooks, and performance feedback.
6. Provide strategic insights and clear reporting to the internal team and clients.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform changes, and creative best practices.
8. Assist with scaling successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience managing YouTube ads inside Google Ads.
2. Proven track record of managing ad budgets at $30K+/month.
3. Strong understanding of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Hyros, etc).
4. Deep knowledge of audience targeting, creative strategy, and scaling methods.
5. Comfortable reading and interpreting data to drive campaign decisions.
6. Excellent communication skills and experience presenting performance insights.
7. Familiar with scripting and guiding direct response ad creatives.
8. Self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience managing YouTube ads for coaches, course creators, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools.
• Worked with a fast-growing agency before.
• Understanding of cold traffic funnels and video sales letters (VSLs).

Salary: $13 - $14 an hour
