Job summary

Wisconsin Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Youth Advisor to support the Violence Reduction Program at an MPS site in Milwaukee. You will mentor youth, supervise junior staff, and coordinate with program leadership to ensure compliance and positive outcomes.

You will work closely with families, school personnel, and community partners to connect youth with resources while adhering to program goals and Milwaukee expectations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years minimum experience with justice-involved youth.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to document and report accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Youth Advisors at the assigned MPS school.
• Provide 1:1 and group mentoring to youth in school and community settings.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisor and Co-Program Director on schedules and reporting.
• Maintain data management and reporting aligned with MPS VRP goals.
• Engage families and school staff to support student success.
• Ensure coverage and responsiveness 7 days per week as required.
