Xometry is seeking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Advertising Yield Management Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in optimizing advertising revenue across our digital platforms. You will analyze large datasets, uncover insights, and drive strategic decisions that improve yield performance, pricing strategies, inventory management, and overall monetization effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics across channels to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Build and maintain forecasting models, pricing simulations, and yield optimization frameworks using large, complex datasets
  • Analyze inventory supply and demand across platforms to support pricing strategies and sales planning
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments aimed at improving yield and ad performance
  • Develop reporting and dashboards and generate actionable insights for sales, product, campaign management, yield management, FP&A, and marketing to align strategy with revenue forecasting

Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of experience experience in digital advertising, media analytics, or yield management
  • Bachelor’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering). Master’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience building or maintaining data pipelines, including experience with Snowflake, dbt, Estuary, Airflow, or similar technologies
  • Experience working with data from ad servers and/or ad configuration platforms, such as Kevel orPlacements.io
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, specifically Looker
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with revenue forecasting, inventory management, and pricing models
  • Background in media, publishing, streaming, or ad tech environments
