Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
• At least 3 years testing, maintaining, or launching software products; 1 year in design/architecture.
• Experience with 3D graphics, C++, and game engines.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype core 3D interactions and UI for Android XR.
• Build scalable systems to choreograph animations and audiovisuals.
• Collaborate with UX, PMs and other teams to define boundaries between Android and the C++ engine Impress.
• Optimize rendering and interaction runtimes for mobile XR performance.
• Advocate tools and practices that speed up iteration and quality.
