Job summary

A growing Assemblies of God church in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a Worship Leader to shape its worship culture, lead services, and develop a music team. This role requires over 5 years of experience in worship leadership and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. The candidate will also be responsible for managing worship schedules, engaging with the church's vision, and fostering a vibrant worship environment. The salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of worship leading in a large church setting (1,500+ congregation).
• Proven track record leading a team of paid musicians and vocalists.
• Deep understanding of worship theology and its application.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary worship leader for weekend and mid-week services.
• Recruit and develop volunteer musicians and artists.
• Own the worship schedule and manage equipment.
