Job summary

Barclays Bank US is seeking a Workforce Management Senior Forecasting Analyst to deliver forecasting and analytics for workforce management across customer care, collections, fraud and other operations. You will partner with stakeholders to understand drivers, support demand forecasts and staffing plans, and enhance decision making through data‑driven insights.

This role balances customer experience, efficiency, and cost outcomes across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• Experience using data analysis and problem‑solving skills to support business decision‑making and forecasting activities.
• Familiarity working with large datasets, including coding knowledge such as Python or similar tools, along with proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate insights effectively across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast, staffing, and scheduling resources by analysing data, business volume and trends.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to align workforce management processes and governance.
• Develop and implement workforce management strategies, processes and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in workforce management processes.
• Identify industry trends and best practices to implement in workforce management services.
• Participate in projects to improve workforce management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and manage staffing schedules to meet business needs.
• Manage operational readiness plans to support desired customer outcomes.
