Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
• Selective Certification - Workers' Compensation Claims Management Experience required (III/IV levels).
• Experience in investigations, monitoring, analyzing, adjusting and settling insurance claims is expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex workers' compensation cases on behalf of the employer.
• Investigate possible abuses of workers' compensation claims.
• Present cases for workers' compensation hearings.
• Conduct studies and recommend improvements to the workers' compensation system.
